We wanted to reach out with an update to everyone as to what we have been working on here. We just finished out latest batch of Historic Rail Pale Ale, and we are almost there. It just needs a little more fine tuning. Personally, we are very excited because this APA really has the makings of a solid beer.

Next we just finished up a early stage test batch of a Porter. This beer should come in at a healthy 5.8% ABV, and we will be experimenting with some vanilla additives to give this beer a nice aroma and flavoring. This should pair well with the chocolate malt that we used in process as well.

As far as production wise, we are still hoping for a late November debut into the Market, as well has some October Tastings. We are working hard every day to make this dream a reality. It does seem a ways off, but that day is fast approaching.
